		WESTGATE COMMUNITY COLLEGE: Learning Resources Centre
		Through our ongoing and successful working relationship with Ryder Architect, we were commissioned to prepare a developers specification and subsequently, produce fully coordinated Mechanical & Electrical Building Services drawings and equipment schedules on behalf of the successful M&E Contractor. more >>

		SKERNE PARK EDUCATION BUILDING
		OPERON were commissioned by Darlington Borough Council to fully design and co-ordinate the M & E services installation within a new education facility in Darlington. The facility was to cater for primary school teaching, and provide nursery, Sure Start and adult learning facilities. more >>

		ABERDEEN 3RS PPP
		NYOP education were appointed by Aberdeen City Council as preferred bidder for the £120 million Aberdeen 3RS PPP (Private Public Partnership), comprising of 9 new build primary and secondary schools, one school refurbishment and one sports centre refurbishment. more >>

		WEST MIDLANDS SCHOOLS: Mary Elliot School, Walsall
		A new build 2 storey special needs school with hydrotherapy pool, multi use hall for sports, theatre and examinations and light and dark sensory rooms. more >>

		Royal Institute of the Blind: Coventry Vision Project
		The provision of a school, ten 6 bed accommodation clusters, a therapy pool / health centre, an administration building and a kitchen / laundry for the RNIB. more >>

		OPERON were one of two M&E consultants working within the Jarvis PFI consortium for the last 3 years. more >>

		MARGARET MCMILLAN CHILDREN’S CENTRE
		Refurbishment and extension of existing 1960’s and 1980’s nursery buildings to form new flagship Children’s Centre. more >>

		The building is situated on the University’s Western campus site and provides additional accommodation fot Leeds University Business School and provides an Innovation Hub for the University of Leeds. more >>

		NEWBOLD SCHOOL DERBYSHIRE
		Employed as part of the PFI bid team and novated to the M&E contractor to produce a fully coordinated M&E design. The Mechanical and Electrical design took into full account the requirements of the DfEE Building Bulletin Design Guides. It also indicated the schools particular requirements and was coordinated with the detailed furniture layouts. more >>

		This project was a traditionally funded educational project with funding from a variety of sources including DfEE, LEA and school governors.
