		We were appointed by Wand Properties UK LLP to produce a condition report on the existing Transco building, Cramlington with the aim for the building to then be let to Northumbria Police. Our final role was to prepare a specification and accompanying design drawings to allow the refurbishment and replacement of mechanical and electrical services as required. more >>

		Manchester Reform Synagogue is a mixed use development based around the construction of two 70m tall residential towers built on top of a new Synagogue on a restricted site just off Deansgate in Manchester. 		Through our ongoing and successful working relationship with NCH Architects Operon Design were recommended to the Developer / Client to develop a client brief and prepare M&E specifications and drawings for tender purposes. more >>

		The proposal is for a 6 storey apartment predominantly timber framed containing 77 one and two bedroom apartments and ground floor under-croft parking more >>

		BELLWAY HOMES: Altrincham Road Sharston

		The development involves the regeneration of the Charles Morris site on the University’s main campus. The existing Mary Ogilvie House (circa 300 bed) will be demolished and numerous site infrastructure services will be diverted to facilitate the construction of new accommodation for circa 560 guests. more >>
