		Throughout ongoing consulting role on behalf of the developer UK Land Estates, we were commissioned to prepare a developers performance specification and drawings, subsequently produce coordinated mechanical and electrical services drawings and schedules on behalf of the successful contractor. more >>

		G E MONEY: Bespoke Office Development
		Through our retained consultancy at Cobalt Business Park, North Tyneside, we were commissioned to prepare a developers specification and design intent drawings for a speculative building. However, this role was extended when GE Money expressed an interest in the plot for their new UK Headquarters building. Our role was then extended to detail GE’s fit-out requirements. Our role then turns to a policing role to comment upon the contractors design and installation and witness commissioning, testing and snagging on behalf of the client. more >>

		Through our ongoing and successful working relationship with Catesby Development Group OPERON were commissioned to prepare a developers specification. Our role was then to review the design’ installation and witness commissioning and testing on behalf of the Client. Our final role was then to prepare defects schedules of remedial work. more >>

		Post Office - Chesterfield No. 1 Future Walk
		Administration headquarters for Post Office Counters Ltd. Designed as an efficient intelligent building to achieve a BREEAM “Very Good” environmental rating. Building was constructed to “air tight” specification and tested by BSRIA on completion. Building achieved less than 5m³/hr/m² at 50Pa air leakage. more >>
