		Following successfully assisting Rosser and Russell with their tender bid, OPERON were appointed to undertake the full mechanical and electrical design on their behalf. more >>

		DARESBURY PARK HOTEL: Extensions and Refurbishment for De Vere
		OPERON were commissioned to prepare detailed M & E design drawings and specifications from a client brief that included a 60 bedroom extension, refurbishment of 120 existing bedrooms, formation of 12 suites, a new 300 seat ballroom, conference facilities for 170 delegates, new energy centres, refurbished admin offices, kitchen and restaurants. All to be done whilst the hotel operates as “business as usual”. more >>

		Following extensive condition surveys the existing 25 year plant was completely replaced in a number of phases to minimise the impact on the hotel. more >>

		The Village Hotel and leisure complex consists of a 100 bedroom Hotel, with Bar, Restaurant, and Conference Facilities on the first floor together with a 70,000 square foot leisure centre in the ground floor. more >>

		CLARION HOTEL: Sligo Eire
		The hotel is a converted Victorian Mental Hospital constructed C1840 and abandoned in the early 1990’s. The building is now twice its original size due to a rear extension. The accommodation now comprises of 160 bedrooms plus; swimming pool, aerobic and fitness studios, health and beauty spa, food areas, conference hall and crèche. more >>
