		MANCAT: Nicholls Sixth Form Centre
		Part of our overall appointment for the redevelopment of the MANCAT estate. The Nicholls project involved the refurbishment of a Grade II listed building to provide educational and administrative accommodation at an established MANCAT site. The services were designed in sympathy with the existing building and included extensive IT infrastructure and the use of uplighting to maximise the benefit of the building’s height. more >>

		MANCAT NEWALL GREEN: Post 16 Centre
		Part of our overall full duties appointment for the redevelopment of the MANCAT estate. The Newall Green Centre is closely affiliated to the local high school and offers continuing pastoral association for Post 16 students in under privileged areas to continue the education past GCSE level. The services provision includes flood IT wiring for the high tech operation, a kitchen and canteen, together with specialist arts and crafts areas with specialist lighting and un-offensive outlet control maintaining clean working areas. more >>

		LORETO COLLEGE
		OPERON were appointed by Mitie Engineering to complete the co-ordinated detailed design on their behalf for this new building, which contains a Learning Resource Centre, Information Computer Technology Room, Admin Areas, Teaching Spaces, Canteen, Assembly Hall, Laboratories, Drama Rooms, Photographic Studios, Workshops and all other ancillary areas. more >>

		CITY UNIVERSITY: MRI Scanner Feasibility Study
		OPERON Design were asked by City University to assist them in the needs of installation of a Siemens MRI Scanner into a designated area which would need refurbishment to accommodate. This included understanding the parameters of the scanner, its electrical and cooling needs, its sensitivity to vibration and the electromagnetic effects from adjacent lifts to the designated room. more >>

		£90 million phased redevelopment of existing student accommodation.
