		TATCHBURY MOUNT: Adolescent Secure Unit
		Employed by Wates Construction (Principle supply chain manager) to form part of the design team along with the architect and structural engineer. more >>

		Employed as a Consortium along with the Architect and Structural Engineer following a successful combined tender bid, OPERON were responsible for the full design of the Mechanical and Electrical Services for a new 2,600m² Medium Secure Mental Health Unit that consists of 3No. 15 bed wards and an Occupational Therapy area on the site of Old Hackney Hospital. A new reception building and site entrance were also constructed and the new reception acts as the site entry point to the entire 18,600m² site which has an estimated staff number of 500. 		FRIMLEY PARK HOSPITAL: New Ophthalmology Diagnostic Treatment Centre
		OPERON were appointed on full duties for all M&E systems including medical gases. The operating department consisting of 4 No. operating theatres and recovery rooms were provided with full air conditioning with independent controls. Relative humidity controlled between 40-60% RH. 4 pipe fan coil comfort cooling was provided to the first floor offices, examination room, visual field testing, nurse treatment, pre-op, laser and camera rooms. Medical gases, vacuum systems and automatic gas scavenging systems were provided. more >>

		The new Primary Care Centre at Lawson Street Stockton-on-Tees was procured Tees Valley and South Durham NHS Trust and Accent Group under LIFT PFI to design, build and operate healthcare facilities in the new premises. more >>

		The new 48 bed community hospital at Barnard Castle was procured by Tees Valley and Durham NHS Trust and Accent Group under LIFT PFI to design, build and operate healthcare facilities in the new premises. more >>
