The whole concept will include new chilled food areas, new layout of racks and new entrance / exit area. New services are to be installed to accommodate the alterations and a new lighting concept will be installed throughout the whole of the shop floor area.

New mains, generator and distribution is required to provide for the capacity of new and altered services.
