Through our ongoing and successful working relationship with UK Land Estates we were initially commissioned to prepare a performance specification and sketch scheme drawings and subsequently, produce fully coordinated mechanical and electrical building services drawings and equipment schedules on behalf of he successful M&E contractor.

The project comprised of 90,000sqft office space, 100 bedroom 3-star + hotel, leisure club, retail area, restaurant and car showroom area.

The office building shall be conditioned via the “Termodeck” displacement principle using night cooling to offset internal gain, during the occupied period.  This building is designed to achieve an “excellent” BREEAM rating.

The hotel has been acquired by the Inn Coach brand and will provide the next step in high performance, executive overnight facilities together with a 21st century external facade.

Each bedroom shall be provided with a VRF indoor unit to offset heating and cooling loads, located in the external lobby.
