Through the successful working relationship formed with the developer and design team on an adjacent project, OPERON have been appointed to prepare fully designed services documents for the conversion of two listed buildings into high specification apartments

Basement car parking is via a bespoke car lift.

A feature internal atria, with ‘flying’ access routes between apartments is to be illuminated with cold cathode and colour floodlights.

Apartments are to be fitted out with Cat 6 structured wiring and some are to be provided with heat pump warm air/cooling systems.
