Construction (CON)

After been started originally to support our PFI & FM divisions, we have now grown to be a self sustaining division.

Working on various Projects including Commercial, Educational, Industrial & Process, Healthcare, Laboratory and Residential Projects which has built up our reputation for a ‘no nonsense’ approach, delivering high quality construction, economically and on time.

PFI (PFI)

We started PFI Projects in 1997. Since then we have been successful over a wide range of PFI / PPP Projects particularly in the Educational and Healthcare Sectors. We have many schemes which are Completed, On Site, at Preferred Bidder Stage and at BAFO and ITN stage.

Our Designers and Facilities Managers work closely as part of the Construction Team to ensure that the Fabric and Services are rigorously vetted in respect to their Life Cycle Performance and Costs and their potential effects on Availability.

We work closely with the building users to develop the brief and to incorporate their requirements and their experience where possible into schemes.
