M&E Design, Construction, PFI / PPP

M&E Design (DES):
OPERON employs over 100 professionally qualified Mechanical and Electrical Consulting Engineers, who are at the fore front of Innovative and Passive Design Solutions.

We are involved from inception stage, assisting the Design and User Groups in making informed decisions on the most appropriate design solutions and systems.

Construction (CON):
We started a Construction division to support our Facilities Management and PFI/PPP operations, ‘closing the loop’ between design, construction and facilities management.

This has now grown to be self sustaining, and has built up a reputation for it’s ‘no nonsense’ approach, delivering high quality construction, economically and on time. This division provides a refreshing approach by working in an open book manner with our clients.

PFI / PPP (PFI):
OPERON has developed an extensive range of PPP / PFI experience which includes: Schools, Hospitals, Offices, Children’s Homes, Fire Stations and Care Homes.

OPERON advocates a whole life approach to the schemes and are involved from the inception stage to ensure the selection of systems, products and materials to optimise the whole-life costs over the concession period.
